What counts as a qualified opportunity.
An opportunity counts toward the 120 when both criteria are met, fixed at execution, not renegotiated per call. Qualification is determined by and recorded in the Floor platform.
- Caller completes the four-question vertical qualification survey, administered by the AI Setter prior to connection
- Caller remains connected for more than 60 seconds, measured from the moment of agent pickup
Calls answered outside designated business hours, duplicate submissions within the same 90-day term, and known fraudulent leads are excluded as BAD_CALL dispositions in Floor.
The risk reversal.
If BindHouse delivers fewer than 120 qualified opportunities in the initial 90 days and the client met every contingency, BindHouse continues delivering at no additional charge until the shortfall is cured. The retainer is fully waived during the extension period, billing pauses the next cycle. The client continues funding the Meta ad spend during the extension. Free work caps at 45 days past the affected period; if the shortfall remains, BindHouse issues a prorated refund on the undelivered portion. Carve-outs apply for Meta ad account suspensions, client-caused interruptions, and force majeure events.

Client contingencies.
- Answer rate: Answer 90% or more of inbound transfers during identified business hours.
- Disposition + CRM: Dispo 90% or more of calls received in Floor and maintain active CRM access.
- Weekly Success call: Attend the weekly 30-minute Client Success call through the first 12 weeks.
- Ad spend: Maintain a minimum of $5,000/month in Meta ad spend, client-funded directly on the Meta platform. BindHouse does not collect or hold ad spend funds.
Note: The Local Authority Website is built, hosted, and owned by BindHouse. Upon cancellation, clients may elect a standalone SEO retainer to retain the site; otherwise it is decommissioned.
