What counts as a qualified call.
The guarantee is only meaningful if the definition is precise. A call counts toward the 100-call monthly minimum when both conditions are met:
- The caller completes a four-question minimum survey administered by the AI Setter before live transfer.
- The caller remains connected to the licensed agent for longer than sixty seconds.
This definition is not subject to renegotiation on a per-call basis. It is the same for every client, every month.
What is included.

What we ask of you.
- 90% answer rate — answer no less than 90% of calls delivered during your designated business hours.
- Disposition every call in Floor — within seven days of delivery.
- Attend the CSM cadence — weekly 1:1 during the first 90 days, monthly thereafter.
Pricing.
Monthly: $5,000/mo — month-to-month after the initial 90-day term.
Paid in Full: $13,500 / 90 days — loyalty rate of $4,500/mo applies for all subsequent months while active.
