Garrett manages the platform, the deliverables, and the fulfillment architecture. He built Floor — the operating system that runs underneath every BindHouse engagement — which means the agency and the platform were designed together, by the same person, to solve the same problem. When a client's call volume is short, Garrett is the one accountable for closing the gap.

Alia — Partner

Alia manages the client side of the engagement. She runs the weekly CSM calls, holds the client relationship, and feeds the feedback loop back into creative and product. Retention is not a department at BindHouse — it is Alia's direct responsibility.

The Floor Platform

Floor is the operating platform that runs underneath every BindHouse engagement. It is not a third-party tool — it was built by the same team that runs BindHouse, specifically to solve the problems that make insurance agency growth hard: call routing, real-time coaching, disposition tracking, and compliance monitoring in a single system.

BindHouse clients get Floor access as part of the engagement. The platform is not sold separately to agencies outside the BindHouse relationship.
