What we look for.

• Licensed independent agency with at least one full-time producer
• Ability to answer calls during designated business hours at a 90% rate
• Willingness to disposition every call in Floor within seven days
• Commitment to the CSM cadence — weekly 1:1 for the first 90 days
• Minimum $5,000/month budget for the engagement
