Managed ad accounts and creative across Meta. Leads from paid campaigns enter the qualification funnel immediately — they never land in a spreadsheet or a CRM to go cold. This channel produces the majority of call volume at the lowest cost per qualified conversation.

Ad accounts are managed exclusively by BindHouse. Creative is tested continuously. Spend is optimized against qualified call rate, not click-through rate.

02 — AI Setter

Qualification layer. Converts form-fills into live calls.

The AI Setter transforms cold form-fills into guarantee-eligible calls. Every inbound lead from Meta is screened against four vertical-specific qualifying questions before a live transfer is initiated. Callers who complete the survey and remain on the line for more than 60 seconds count toward the monthly guarantee.

The AI Setter operates on Floor. It does not require human intervention to qualify and transfer — it runs continuously during client business hours.

03 — Call Center Live Transfer

Safety valve. Guarantees the floor.

When Meta volume runs short of the 100-call monthly minimum, call-center live transfer is stacked in to true up the guarantee. This channel is not the base layer — it is the mechanism that makes the guarantee unconditional.

Live transfer calls are screened against the same four-question survey as Meta leads. Every call that counts toward the guarantee meets the same standard.

The Floor Layer

Every call flows through Floor on the client side. Real-time coaching during the call. Disposition capture after. Compliance monitoring throughout. Round-robin routing if the client has multiple agents.

The Guarantee

100 calls. Every month. No exceptions. If BindHouse delivers fewer than 100 qualified calls in a billing month and the client met their obligations, BindHouse continues delivering at no additional charge until the shortfall is cured — and pauses billing for the subsequent month until it is. The guarantee is written into the MSA.
