Live transfer calls are screened against the same four-question survey as Meta leads. Every call that counts toward the guarantee meets the same standard.

If BindHouse delivers fewer than 100 qualified calls in a billing month and the client met their obligations, BindHouse continues delivering at no additional charge until the shortfall is cured — and pauses billing for the subsequent month until it is. The guarantee is written into the MSA.
